I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

How do I book Live Stages?

If you are already registered and would like to book education, please log back into your account. Click the 'Join now' button then enter your email address and the password you created when registering. Navigate to 'What's on' and you can book education.

How do I register a colleague?

To register a colleague, log out of your account and register your colleague using a unique email address. You can also send them the event link pbhglasgow.showhub.live for them to register directly.

How can I plan my day at the show?

We recommend using all of the features of your ShowHub account once you are registered to attend the show. On your account, you can register for Live Education, view the brands exhibiting at the show, view the latest products and discover the latest launches. Another key feature is the opportunity to connect with brands and other visitors. You can filter by role, place of work and interests. Book meetings in advance to get the most out of your visit to the show.

How do I register for the show?

You can register to attend by clicking the 'Join now' button at the top of the page. Enter your email address and answer the questions to help us get to know your interests for the show.

Can my children visit the event with me?

Professional Beauty and Hair Glasgow is a Trade only event. Children are not admitted, including babies and prams, and no exceptions will be made. Please find alternative childcare arrangements; there are no creche facilities available onsite.

Who can attend Professional Beauty and Hair Glasgow?

The show is a trade only event. You are welcome to attend the show if you are interested in joining the industry.

Do I need to register again if I attended last year?

Yes, each year is a separate event so you will need to register to attend Professional Beauty and Hair Glasgow 2024.

What is the entrance policy?

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 14 years of age is allowed entry into Professional Beauty and Hair Glasgow. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As Professional Beauty and Hair Glasgow is a free show, we are unable to offer visa letters to support your travel. Please contact your embassy to obtain further information on how to organise a visa to attend the event.

How do I register a group of students?

Students will be able to take part in the student college journey - this is a map showing the stands and companies who want to meet students. You can also take part in the nail competitions to show off your creativity and raise your profile. Subsidised coach hire is also available - you can receive 50% off coach hire up to £300.

There are food facilities within the show halls and many food venues at SEC Glasgow to suit all tastes.

Register for the show online. You will receive an automated email from showhub.live with your ticket attached. This ticket will also be resent to you 3 days before the show.

Do I need a badge or ticket to access the show?

We have contactless badges. Please come with your badge ready to show on your smartphone or printed. (Please note we will not be handing out badge holders).

I have registered for the show can I attend more than one day?

Your digital show ticket entitles you to enter the physical show on both days, Sunday 9 June and Monday 10 June.

How do I qualify as a VIP?

We offer all Salon Owner, MDs or Directors the opportunity to attend Professional Beauty and Hair Glasgow as a VIP.

Where can I see the live stages, workshops and conferences that I have already booked?

To view your bookings, you need to log in with your email address and password and click on “My Tickets” button.

Is there an app I can download to get show information?

Yes, the ShowHub App will include everything you need to know about the show and the exhibitors. This will have your badge for entry, live education tickets, a list of brands exhibiting and the floorplan.
