OPI has revealed its brand new, Europe-inspired Spring/Summer 2013 collection, and has announced a new celebrity partnership with Mariah Carey.

Available in 12 shades celebrating Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Romania, the Euro Centrale collection includes shimmery metallics, creamy pastels, popping brights and a glitter polish.
