Darphin Partners of Excellence programme launches new awards

French skincare brand Darphin built on its annual Partners of Excellence programme this year with the inaugural Spa of the Year, Salon of the Year and Therapist of the Year awards.The three winners were: 

Spa of the Year: Chester Grosvenor Spa, Chester 

Salon of the Year: The May Tree, Surrey 

Therapist of the Year: Esther Orr from Beauty Within, Glasgow

Winners and guests celebrated their achievements at a champagne lunch at The Four Seasons hotel, Park Lane, London on October 12.

To participate in the Partner of Excellence programme, spas and salons dedicate a year of commitment to the Darphin brand. In addition, each is required to display excellence in sales, treatment, training, marketing and merchandising. The successful businesses are then awarded a plaque recognising their status. 

The spas and salons that achieved the Darphin Partner of Excellence status for 2012 were: Beauty Network, Hamilton; Beauty Within, Glasgow; The May Tree, Surrey; The Vineyard Spa, Newbury; The Beauty Boutique, Banstead; Grosvenor Spa, Chester; Whitelines Beauty Studio, Manchester; Stobo Castle, Scotland; Beauty Fountain, Aberdeen; Tethra Spa at the Merrion, Dublin; Ocean Breeze Spa, Cornwall; and Serene Beauty Therapy, Edinburgh.
